Store Purchases

 

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase on unused and unopened merchandise.  Refunds are given minus 10% of the purchase price, which covers the shipping and handling fee included in all of our prices.

For orders that have missing materials, please prepare to submit pictures of the received materials so we can expedite the process of fulfilling your order.

Classes

​

Classes may be cancelled for a full refund for three business days after the initial purchase.  No refunds will be issued after the three-day period.  Customers may either request to reschedule for a future date or request to transfer their purchase to another individual. Rescheduling and transfer requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
