This article is about the cancellation of Tools 4 Reading professional development (PD) services, which include Sound Wall Classes and Top 10 Tools.

You may cancel your purchase of Tools 4 Reading PD services for a full refund for 3 business days after the initial purchase.  No refunds will be issued after the 3-day period.  To request a refund, please use the Contact Us by Email button in the Help Center.

Cancelling Professional Development Classes

To cancel your reservation for Sound Wall Classes, please contact us using the Contact Us by Email button in the Help Center.  You may request to reschedule for a future date or request to transfer your purchase to another individual. Rescheduling and transfer requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Cancelling Top 10 Tools

The cancellation process for Top 10 Tools differs according to the type of license you purchased.

If you purchased an annual license for Top 10 Tools, please contact us using the Contact Us by Email button in the Help Center.

If you purchased a monthly subscription to Top 10 Tools, you can manage your subscription on the My Subcriptions tab in your Tools 4 Reading account page.

To manage your subscription:

• Sign in to your account using the login portal at the top right of any page.

• Click the down arrow next to your profile picture, and select My Subscriptions.

• Select your Top 10 Tools subscription, click the down arrow, and select Cancel Subscription.
